Faces of Pee Dee

Plato said, “The life which is unexamined is not worth living”

The journey inward takes courage and commitment. It helps to have a guide. Brant Adams became a Psychologist because he wants to “help people feel better.” He has helped over 5,000 people make the inward journey.

He facilitates as we examine years of emotions and habits that may or may not be healthy for us. Over time we determine our true core beliefs and values and establish worthy goals.

Brant helps create new habits that are consistent with our personal truth. As we begin to align our activities with our goals and values, more of what we do moves us in a positive direction. We become more satisfied and “feel better.”
